About Our Chef
Our Executive Chef Daniel Gerson is an established executive head chef with various culinary specialties such as classical French Cuisine and Mediterranean-American Fusion cuisine. A graduate of the world famous Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Paris, France. Daniel has held many Executive head-Chef positions in many high end establishments all around the world.
As our Executive Chef, Daniel uses his flare for adventure (in cooking and beyond) to influence the traditional Southwest cuisine and bring to our guests of Las Posadas a unique three-course gourmet breakfast along with afternoon appetizers, and freshly baked cookies in suite.
