About Our Chef
Our Chef Leslie Jaffe received her formal culinary training from The New York Restaurant School in New York City. Some of Leslie's 20 some years of experience include Excecutive Chef/Owner of Delizia Cafe in Colorado Springs, CO., Co-owner and Chef of Oliver's Camp, a luxury tented lodge in Tanzania, and numerous years in the off-premise catering industry. Leslie is passionate about food and meticulous with details. She specializes in numerous cuisines, with an emphazis on fresh, local and sustainable foods. Her classical training gives her the foundation to create every style of food with a unique and artful presentation.
As our Executive Chef, Leslie brings to our guests of Las Posadas a unique gourmet breakfast along with afternoon in suite appetizers.
