Nightly destination assessment fee of $4.00 per room night for the greater Sedona business improvement district (BID). This destination fee is taxable at 6.325% and is not in itself a tax. The total destination fee inclusive of tax is $4.25.

Our hotel is adults-only, for guests 21 and older. We do not accommodate children or infants, so you can enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay designed just for grown-ups.

Yes, we offer self-parking which is included in the destination fee. Each room is allotted one parking spot.

Reservation(s) must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a fee of the first night’s deposit.

The Guarantee policy is a one night deposit for room and tax required at the time of booking.

• Yes, we are a pet friendly hotel allowing up to two pets under 20 lbs each with a $40 fee per pet, per night.

• Service animals are accepted. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually training to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.  Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not service animals under the ADA. (REF: ada.gov)

The easiest airport to fly into is Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) with many domestic and international flights available.  Located just two hours away via rental car or via shuttle.  We recommend using the Groome Transportation shuttle if you choose not to rent a car, more information can be found here.  We are also forty minutes away from Flagstaff Pullium Airport (FLG) which offers regional flight options.
