Nightly destination assessment fee of $4.00 per room night for the greater Sedona business improvement district (BID). This destination fee is taxable at 6.325% and is not in itself a tax. The total destination fee inclusive of tax is $4.25.

Yes, we offer self-parking which is included in the destination fee. Each room is allotted one parking spot.

Reservation(s) must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a fee of the first night’s deposit.

The Guarantee policy is a one night deposit for room and tax required at the time of booking.

The easiest airport to fly into is Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) with many domestic and international flights available.  Located just two hours away via rental car or via shuttle.  We recommend using the Groome Transportation shuttle if you choose not to rent a car, more information can be found here.  We are also forty minutes away from Flagstaff Pullium Airport (FLG) which offers regional flight options.
